Xue Gong is a PhD student in the sinology department. She has a “hybrid” education background, as she has gained her BA degree from the public health school of Southeast University and her MA degree from the school of government in Sun Yat-sen University. As for now, her research interest is legitimacy and the Chinese Social Credit System.
